We are Jeff and Faith...a husband and wife duo with two little ones of our own. We have planted our roots in Northwest Indiana, but more specifically, Crown Point.

Our hope as NWI and Chicago newborn photographers is one thing, and that is to serve growing families by capturing your season of maternity, the sweetest of days after your newborn arrives, and all the milestones to come.

You can expect a very relaxing and memorable session. We get it, not everyone loves being in front of the camera. Just show up with a smile and we'll take care of the rest :)

One month after your session, we’ll send you a link to your online gallery.
You can share the link with your family and friends, post to social media and more! We recommend changing the lock screen on your phone first :)

You will receive a questionnaire to help us best serve your family during the session as well as a style guide to help coordinate outfits, if you aren't taking advantage of our client closet.

When you choose our NWI studio space, you don't have to worry about cleaning the house or having the perfect nursery. You can focus on keeping everything together without feeling overwhelmed. We've worked so hard to create an experience like no other, and are hopeful that it will resonate with you and match your vision.

Additionally, we have a special "client closet" filled with versatile dresses for moms of all heights, shapes, and sizes. This eliminates the stress of finding the perfect outfit (who has time for that?) and ensures that your attire will turn out exactly as you envisioned, based on the examples you've seen of our work.

Chicago newborn photography

01. What do we wear for our nwi or chicago newborn photography session?

We will send you a style guide to make sure you are looking your absolute best, but we also have a client closet for you to pick what you want to take the stress away from finding the perfect outfit.

02. What do I bring?

Bring anything sentimental that you want included in your images, an outfit or two for baby, and a pacifier if that helps sooth them…we have the sound machines, swaddles, blankets, etc.! If you have other children, consider bringing a snack (this makes for some great motivation to cooperate)

03. What if my baby is fussy?

We will go at the pace of your newborn and mom. If baby or mom needs a break, that is totally fine, we have the space to be able to step away and nurse or just take a moment to relax.

04. What is the best time to book and how soon?

We will work around your schedule, but the best time is usually the morning. If you have other children, we definitely want to make sure they are feeling fresh and happy. So if that is the morning, let's do that! If it is after a nap in the afternoon, perfect, let's do an afternoon session. The ideal timeframe to do your Chicago newborn photography session is within the first 10-14 days but we understand that it's not always possible to make that happen. So at least within the first 30 days to make sure we preserve that newborn look in the images.
